The architectural CONCEPT based on the twin icehouses of Sirjan
This design, inspired by the twin icehouses of Sirjan, aims to blend the traditional stepped conical form with the modern functionality of a hotel and shopping center. At first glance, the main structure is designed as multiple circular levels, creating stepped terraces that not only recall the form of historical icehouses but also provide a dynamic and functional space for various units. The bridge structure between the two main volumes ensures easy access between the hotel and shopping center while also offering unique viewpoints and optimal natural lighting. Additionally, the use of local materials or colors that match the regional climate enhances the connection to the historical context while integrating modern elements.
Bionic Architecture
Also known as bio-technical or nature-inspired architecture, is an approach that draws inspiration from nature to solve technical and design challenges in architecture through creativity and innovation.
An urban landscape consists of all the information perceived through the senses from the surrounding space. During the process of perception, this information is analyzed and processed. The landscape acts as a transmitter of messages and includes data that can be categorized into two main groups: visible physical elements and human-related factors.
